Introduction
With the rapid development of the number of new energy vehicles and the strong support of national policies for green and low-carbon mobility, the electric vehicle industry is also growing rapidly. In the context of expanding electric vehicle industry and its user groups, it is important to provide efficient charging services for electric vehicle users. However, there are not many feasible solutions for the charging of new energy vehicles in old urban neighborhoods, and due to the special characteristics of old urban neighborhoods, small capacitance, narrow roads and other problems, public charging pile equipment can not be put into use on a large scale, and private charging piles can not be installed due to the capacitance, the problem of automobile charging in old neighborhoods is particularly prominent. In order to adapt to the situation of the city's old neighborhoods, making the product has a better practicality, we are using the street lamp charging pile for power supply, just add the charging pile on the original street lamps, using the capacitance of the street lamps, no need to take up additional cell capacitance. Charging robot's high ground, universal wheels can adapt to the complex terrain of the neighborhood, the size will not take up too much space, charging pile inside the coiler, charging robot only need to pull out the charging cable for charging, recycling line only need to be stowed through the coiler. Formally, it adopts simple and smooth line design, the overall shape is elegant and in line with modern aesthetics, and we use orange as the brand color of the product to give a sense of vitality and high technology, and at the same time, the volume is compact and the form is coordinated to harmoniously coexist with the surrounding environment. In terms of functionality, charging is done through a small program. Users only need to scan, in the app or small program can complete charging, the operation is simple and intuitive, the user experience is good. Material use aluminum alloy as the main material, the charging robot can have a lightweight body with the family. Craftsmanship, surface treatment processes such as polishing, painting, etc., to enhance the overall aesthetics and texture. Technology, the integration of the latest scientific and technological achievements, such as AI technology, Internet of Things, big data analysis, reflecting high-tech attributes, intelligent feedback system, through the light, sound and other prompts charging status and operation information, increase user interaction experience. Promote green culture, charging robots to promote the popularity of electric vehicles, reducing the pollution emissions of traditional fuel vehicles, advocating green low-carbon travel, and promoting the spread of environmental protection concepts. In order to safely connect the charging cable to the new energy vehicle, the charging robot arm is equipped with laser positioning, can be accurately inserted into the car, and due to the long-distance charging cable pulling on the road will become a safety hazard, we designed a cable walker, through the principle of the suction cups, will be charging cable on the ground, the charging cable can be better bending and can be adhered to the ground, and will not trip over the passers-by.
