When natural disasters such as earthquake, snow disaster, debris flow, flood and livestock epidemic occur, large-scale livestock deaths are often caused. If not properly handled, more serious public health and safety incidents may be caused. The traditional treatment method is burning or burying in a large area, which will cause serious air pollution, water and soil pollution, and can not completely disinfection and sterilization bacteria and viruses. There is still a risk of infection and spread, which will cause great harm to human society.This is an intelligent mobile one-stop harmless livestock treatment system,which uses the process flow of biological laboratory to treat experimental samples, namely "high temperature refining method". It is designed with a multi-stage mechanical arm, which can automatically grasp livestock for delivery. The dead livestock are disinfection and sterilization by high temperature and high pressure in sealed containers, then transferred to drying containers for drying and compressed into block materials with hydraulic rods, and then sent out by conveyor belt for transfer. The daily treatment capacity of a single equipment can reach 200 cows. The whole treatment process is completely closed and unmanned, which can achieve zero pathogen and zero pollution. The treated materials can be used to make fertilizer.This design is based on the well-established "high-temperature refining method" technology, which has been widely used in biological laboratories and has proven its effectiveness, reliability, and feasibility. The system features multi-segment robotic arms that can automatically grasp and place livestock without manual intervention, achieving fully automated operation throughout the process, reducing operational difficulty and labor costs.
