The product is based on the core concept of "zero carbon building materials". From reed planting, harvesting, to the production and manufacturing process of reed walls, there is no pollution, and from installation to building demolition, the full cycle carbon sequestration is ≥ 35kg/㎡. It provides building solutions that combine Eastern natural aesthetics with international green standards for Xiong'an New Area and the global market Design background: 1) Ecological crisis, the global construction industry accounts for 40% of carbon emissions, and there is an urgent need for biodegradable and carbon negative building materials; 2) Cultural discontinuity, traditional reed architecture techniques are on the brink of extinction, and modern architecture lacks regional cultural identity; 3) Due to material limitations, natural reeds are excluded from mainstream building systems due to poor fire resistance/durability.
